1. 電話やFAXでの注文はできますか？

→ 大変申し訳ございませんが、電話やFAXでのご注文は承っておりません。

WEBサイト内よりご注文いただきますようお願いたします。

2. 送料はかかりますか？

→ 送料は全国一律500円（税込）です。

※¥5,000以上お買い上げの場合、国内送料無料。

※海外発送は一律3,000円（税込）です。

※¥10,000以上お買い上げの場合、海外送料無料。

 

3. 注文してから何日くらいで届きますか？

→ ご注文から3～5営業日程度で配送手配いたします。現在、倉庫移転の関係から配送に日数がかかる場合があります。 
※沖縄や離島などへのお届けの場合はお時間がかかる場合がございます。
※天候や交通状況により遅れが発生する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。

4. 返品、交換できますか？

→ 商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、返品、交換には応じません。
商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。

5. クーリング・オフはできますか？

→ 大変申し訳ございません。

クーリング・オフは、訪問販売や電話勧誘販売などに適用される制度です。
当サイトでのご購入は、通信販売（インターネットショッピング）ですのでクーリング・オフ適用外です。ご了承ください。

2. Is there a shipping fee?
→ The shipping fee is 500 yen (tax included) within Japan.
* Free shipping within Japan for purchases of ¥ 5,000 or more.



3. How many days does it take to receive the order?
→ It will be delivered within up to 14 business days after your order.
* It may take some time to deliver to Okinawa or remote islands.
* Delays may occur depending on the weather and traffic conditions. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

4. Can I return or exchange?
→ We will not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
Please contact us within 7 days after the item arrives.
